As the Sales Coordinator, you will engage directly with our customers, sales team, and partners to provide timely and helpful information to enhance the customer journey. You will be an expert in Neat systems and processes, instrumental in executing Neat's Customer first mentality.

Our team thrives when we empower our customers to collaborate and drive their own missions in ways they never thought possible.  This journey is greatly enhanced by timely customer communications and strong internal record keeping.


  • Collaborate closely with Sales Territory Managers to keep customer communications timely and concise.
  • Augment Sales systems-related tasks to keep CRM records up to date.
  • Routinely audit CRM and other systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage Sales tasks to keep teams prioritizing activities appropriately.
  • Manage Sales processes around territory evolution, CRM reporting, and other routine processes.
  • Document processes and maintain sales intranet resources for enablement.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to quickly provide information like order and delivery details, quotes, or other administrative deliverables.
  • Coordinate with other Neat departments to preserve the integrity of Neat's closed-loop sales model.



  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a sales coordinator role.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong and professional communication skills.
  • Independent thinker with a skill for involving stakeholders in feedback.
  • Passionate about seeing shared team success.
  • Can carry tactical plan to meet strategic sales end-goals.
  • Can build strong cross-function/department partnerships.
  • Experience using modern selling software tools for outreach, account intelligence, social selling, chat, CRM, etc. 
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle of multiple segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Public Sector).
  • Channel/Partnership experience.
