Integrated Marketing Manager, North America

As an Integrated Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing programs that build brand awareness, lead generation and adoption of Neat devices across the North America region. In this role, you will set the marketing strategy and align marketing activities with regional sales goals to maximize revenue potential. Working closely with the regional sales and channel team, you will generate and optimize lead-to-customer acquisition. 

As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will help build and execute Neat’s marketing strategy to support company growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and development of marketing programs to grow Neat’s brand awareness, generate pipeline through lead capture and create new customer opportunities across the North America market. 
  • Implement successful integrated marketing plans aligned with sales goals that encompass campaigns, live/virtual events, digital assets, organic/paid social, media influencers and more. 
  • Partner with the regional sales team to develop, manage and execute effective account-based marketing, social media selling and outbound communications to drive growth and retention through specific high value businesses. 
  • In collaboration with marketing teammates, develop campaign themes that support Neat’s overall messaging. Adapt campaigns to address audience segments based on local/regional relevance. Refine and iterate core messages for specific segments and/or personas based on results. 
  • In partnership with marketing teammates, create messaging and content for awareness, thought leadership, and sales enablement. 
  • Track performance across all marketing initiatives to provide data-backed insights and results for optimization and to uncover new opportunities. 
  • Partner with the Neat Sales Team to develop a quarterly marketing plan to meet pipeline development needs.

  • You are a passionate marketer with a deep understanding across marketing disciplines.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the local commercial markets across North America, and a proven ability to create compelling B2B messages, communications and end-to-end campaigns.  
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity in white space, enjoy solving challenges and excel at delivering high-impact programs that achieve business objectives. 
  • Your attention to detail is top-notch, and you have a proven ability to be meticulously thorough and accurate when simultaneously managing and accomplishing multiple competing priorities.
  • You have experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through implementation of digital and traditional media strategies. 
  • You have proven leadership capabilities and work well collaborating across all levels of the organization. 
  • You demonstrate experience utilizing data and research to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans. 
  • You are concise and creative, developing content elements to strongly engage with customers, partners, communities and influencers.  

Requirements:

  • 4 year college university degree. 
  • 5+ years of professional experience running B2B integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong marketing planning and program management skills. 
  • Proficient in Marketo or similar marketing automation system. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and regional commercial markets. 
  • Industry experience in the video collaboration space is a plus. 
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies.
