Developer Program Marketing Manager

The Opportunity
Neat App Hub is the first-of-its-kind marketplace that brings essential workflow apps into shared meeting spaces via Neat’s video devices. This innovative platform is quickly becoming a key differentiator for customers around the world.
As Developer Program Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in expanding this thriving ecosystem by engaging app providers, cultivating a growing developer community, and supporting the entire developer journey—from interest and onboarding through integration, testing and launch.
You’ll also be the key point of contact for internal teams and external partners to assess app feasibility, support app readiness, and amplify developer success.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology. While you don’t need to be an engineer, you should be comfortable with technical concepts, able to discuss integration requirements, and willing to dive into lightweight testing and troubleshooting alongside the engineering team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Neat App Hub Developer Program, building on early momentum to expand a scalable and thriving developer ecosystem.
- Identify and engage new app providers, supporting them from initial contact and onboarding through beta testing and successful deployment.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams to assess app feasibility, prioritize integrations, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Conduct early-stage testing and readiness checks for apps before handing off to engineering for deeper validation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for app providers—building strong relationships, resolving early-stage issues, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Craft and communicate a compelling value proposition for developers, highlighting the benefits of building on Neat’s platform.
- Cultivate a vibrant developer community via forums, social media, online content, and events such as webinars, workshops, and hackathons.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across product, marketing, and engineering to ensure program success.
- Shape messaging and showcase success stories across key brand touchpoints, including Neat Experience Centers, global events, and sales demos.
- Be a key internal advocate for developers, helping translate their feedback into actionable product and platform improvements.
Who You Are
- A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
- Passionate about technology and collaboration—excited by the opportunity to build something new and impactful.
- Curious and hands-on—you’re comfortable digging into technical documentation or trying out app features to understand how things work.
- A Strategic thinker who executes with precision and keeps programs on track. You can see the big picture and drive the details that make programs successful.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in developer marketing, partner programs, or technical product marketing—ideally in a B2B or consumer tech environment.
- A baseline understanding of APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and app ecosystems (no coding required, but you can follow technical discussions).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with or marketing hardware-based platforms is a plus; familiarity with video conferencing and/or AI technologies is a strong bonus
