Position Summary
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team. This fully remote role supports critical functions across quote management, purchase order (PO) processing, Gong enablement support, and general sales inquiries. You’ll be the linchpin keeping our sales engine humming—ensuring smooth processes, accurate submissions, and timely communication both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Support
· Draft, review, and prepare accurate sales quotes and proposals for internal and client review.
· Ensure pricing, product configurations, terms, and compliance are correct.
· Monitor and follow up on open quotes, resolve issues, and track statuses.
Purchase Order (PO) Support
· Receive, verify, and enter customer POs into Salesforce or ERP systems.
· Coordinate with relevant departments (finance, order fulfillment, legal) to validate POs.
· Provide regular status updates on PO processing and exceptions.
Gong Enablement Support
· Support the sales team in maximizing Gong usage by creating and maintaining call libraries, scorecards, and playbooks.
· Ensure sales reps are enabled to leverage Gong insights for coaching, pipeline management, and deal strategy.
· Partner with Sales Ops and Sales Leadership to analyze Gong data for performance trends and enablement opportunities.
· Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to increase adoption and effectiveness of Gong across the sales team.
SFDC (Salesforce) Case & Data Management
· Monitor incoming cases and inquiries via Salesforce (SFDC), triage/report/respond as appropriate.
· Keep Salesforce data accurate: update pipeline, customer records, opportunity statuses, and reporting dashboards.
· Maintain case resolution SLAs and escalate emergent issues.
General Sales Support & Communication
· Serve as a primary point of contact for sales team members, responding swiftly to support inquiries.
· Use Gong, ZoomInfo, and other tools to surface insights, customer information, and help prep calls or materials.
· Draft and maintain documentation: SOPs, templates, workflow guides.
· Facilitate communication across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
· Generate regular reports on quote-to-order conversion rates, PO lead times, Gong adoption metrics, case volumes, and other KPIs.
· Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase accuracy and speed.
· Support new tool rollouts, training, and adoption within the sales organization.
Qualifications
Required:
· 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or coordination role, ideally in B2B environments.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce (including case management).
· Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Gong for sales intelligence and call insights.
· Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
· Excellent written and verbal communicator: responsive, clear, customer-centric.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight SLAs.
· Collaborative and cross-functionally oriented: can liaise across teams smoothly.
Preferred (nice-to-have):
· Experience in quote management systems or CPQ tools.
· Exposure to sales enablement workflows (like Gong or similar platforms).
· Some knowledge of ERP order entry or finance processes.
· Prior experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
