We're looking for an accomplished and inspiring Director of Product Marketing (PMM) to lead our PMM function and define how the world perceives the Neat brand and its product portfolio. This role will report to our Chief Product and Engineering Officer.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives on translating technical innovation into compelling customer value.
What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities
As the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will be the bridge between our product innovation, go-tomarket execution, and customer needs.
Strategic Leadership & Storytelling
Vision & Narrative: Partner closely with our Product and Executive teams to craft the core story and messaging we tell our customers and partners. You will define the market opportunity, target customer, and unique value proposition for Neat's products and features.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and data-driven execution.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Own the complete GTM strategy and execution for all major product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Execution & Content Creation
Collateral & Enablement: Ensure all required marketing and sales collateral—including product pages, data sheets, presentations, competitive battlecards, and training materials—is ready, amazing, and effective for all new product and feature releases.
Market Intelligence: Become the expert on our customers, competitors, and the broader meeting technology landscape. Use deep market understanding to inform product development and messaging strategy.
Sales Enablement: Work directly with the Sales and Partner teams to articulate the product value, address competitive challenges, and equip them with the tools needed to close deals effectively.
What You'll Bring: Required Qualifications
8-10 years of progressive Product Marketing and leadership experience, with a proven track record of bringing successful B2B technology products to market.
Deep B2B Product Marketing expertise is essential, with demonstrated ability to market complex solutions to technical and business decision-makers.
A strong background in the technology industry, preferably in collaboration, video conferencing, hardware/software, or SaaS environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a gift for simplifying complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
Highly structured and organized executor who ensures quality deliverables are met on time and with excellence.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
