We are looking for a Devices Product Manager to join our Product team and take ownership of our hardware portfolio. This role sits at the center of product development, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers to bring world-class devices to market.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of how Neat builds products. You will work cross-functionally to define and drive the device roadmap from concept to launch and beyond — working closely with design and engineering to define what gets built, and with sales, partners, and customers to make sure it solves real problems in the real world.

What You’ll Do

• Be responsible for the product devices roadmap, and lifecycle for Neat’s device portfolio

• Develop business cases and product requirements for new devices and hardware initiatives

• Partner with design and engineering to explore the art of the possible and define product priorities — from early concept through to launch

• Engage with sales, customers and partners to understand real-world use cases and identify opportunities for innovation

• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams

• Monitor product performance and help shape future roadmap decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Product Manager with hardware and software is desirable

• A collaborative mindset and strong listening skills — you value input from engineering, design, and customers to arrive at the best solutions

• Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment where ideas are explored together and great products are built through collaboration

• Ability to translate customer needs and market insights into clear product direction

• Ideally experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products

• Comfort building business cases, product requirements, and roadmap strategies
