This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and partner engagement. You'll be the Product team's representative in strategic engagements with the major platforms our devices run on — bringing the right questions to the table, deeply understanding partner roadmaps and priorities, and translating what you learn into Neat’s product team.

It's a senior role that requires equal parts relationship skills and product instinct. You need to be credible in a room with senior partner stakeholders, and equally effective working internally to make sure those insights shape how Neat sets priorities and plans its roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Represent the Product team in strategic partner engagements, bringing a sharp product perspective to every conversation

• Develop a deep understanding of partner roadmaps, priorities, and strategic direction across Neat's major platform partners Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

• Translate partner insights into clear, actionable input for Neat's product team to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions

• Ensure Neat's product roadmap and capabilities are communicated clearly and credibly in partner settings

• Manage joint programs and initiatives end-to-end, bringing structure and follow-through across teams

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in program management, ideally with a mix of technical products and external partner or business development exposure

• A natural relationship builder — you earn trust with engineering counterparts as easily as with business stakeholders

• Strong strategic instincts: you can zoom out to see the bigger picture and zoom in to unblock a team when needed

• Able to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to situations where the path isn't clear

• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple moving parts and competing priorities, ideally including complex software initiatives

• Excellent communication skills — you can represent Neat credibly at a senior level, internally and externally

• Background in the video collaboration, SaaS, or hardware space is a plus

• Comfortable using AI tools to work more effectively — whether that's synthesizing information, preparing for partner engagements, or streamlining how insights get communicated internally

A Note on Working Hours

Our major platform partners are based in the US, and this role involves regular engagement with their teams. You should expect some evening meetings as part of the rhythm of the role. In return, we offer flexibility in how you structure your day — we care about the work getting done, not when it is done.
