To continue driving our impressive growth, Neat is now seeking a Regional Sales Director, Small Business, responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through a proven process based on closed-loop sales and marketing. The center of our closed loop process is our ability to solve problems for today’s Small Business customers.

Preferred Experience:
2+ years in a B2B quota carrying sales role.
Proven hunter and ability to build territories from the ground up.
Background in technology sales.
Experience using modern selling software tools for outreach, account intelligence, social selling, chat, CRM, etc.
Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to engage in executive relationship building.
Channel/Partnership experience
Strong and consistent track record of overachieving sales goals.
Minimum BA/BS education.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $230k – $275k OTE per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an unlimited PTO policy.
