The Opportunity
To continue driving our impressive growth, Neat is seeking a Business Development Team Leader to lead, coach, and develop our Business Development Representative (BDR) team in Singapore. Reporting to the Area Vice President, you will play a key role in executing our outbound prospecting strategy, driving team performance, and building a high-performing sales development function.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Drive outbound prospecting initiatives by ensuring effective lead qualification from multiple lead sources and marketing campaigns.
Monitor team activity metrics, including enrollments, calls, emails, follow-up actions, and pipeline generation, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and development planning to support team growth and career progression.
Oversee the team's engagement with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high-quality outreach and customer interactions.
Support the team in identifying, nurturing, and converting qualified sales opportunities.
Assist with complex customer conversations and escalations when required.
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information, activities, and reporting within Salesforce (SFDC).
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimise campaigns, messaging, and outbound strategies.
Coordinate meeting generation between prospects and Account Executives to maximise pipeline creation.
Analyse team performance, identify trends, and implement initiatives to improve productivity and results.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with Neat's values.
Report regularly to Business Development Management and senior leadership on team performance, pipeline health, and key initiatives.

Your Experience
Demonstrated success leading or mentoring Business Development or Sales Development teams.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales development and pipeline generation targets.
Experience managing team performance through KPIs, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and account penetration techniques.
Experience communicating with C-level executives through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other sales engagement tools.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with experience using data to drive team performance.
