The Opportunity

Neat is seeking a Technical Video Specialist & Presenter for our Neat Experience Center program, running multiple sessions a day, five (5) days a week, out of our Neat Experience Center at Fornebu. You'll own the technical experience behind world-class live and in-person demos/tours of our products, produce marketing video content, and regularly step in front of the camera as an active presenter.

This role is designed for someone who wants to balance live audio-visual execution with regular on-camera and in-person hosting. You will be the technical backbone making our Neat Experience Center program happen—running the stream, cameras, audio, and platforms—and for up to 30% of your time, you will actively step in as both a co-presenter and primary host for live and in-person demos/tours. Between sessions, you'll shoot and edit product and marketing videos.

Here’s the reality of the role: our live and in-person demos/tours run up to four sessions a day with consistent talk tracks and technical setups. We’re looking for someone who finds real satisfaction in perfecting a routine—delivering a seamless experience four times a day and bringing the exact same energy, confidence, and technical precision to the last tour as the first. If you take pride in technical excellence and are eager to present live, you'll do great.

You Will

Produce live and in-person demos/tours (most of your time)

• Run up to four 45-minute live and in-person demos/tours a day, up to five days a week.

• Operate multi-camera setups, audio levels, and the livestream equipment.

• Manage live broadcasts across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

• Keep every broadcast clean, with crisp sound, great lighting, and no technical surprises.

• Perform pre-show checks, keep gear tested and ready, and manage technical backup plans if issues arise mid-session.

• Reset the room and scenes between sessions so every tour starts on time.

Present and host live and in-person demos/tours (up to 30% of the role)

• Step in as a co-presenter or lead host for live and in-person demos/tours, delivering talk tracks with energy, clarity, and authority.

• Learn the Neat portfolio deeply to present product features, key use cases, and the overall Neat story naturally, while answering common live questions from audiences.

• Stay current as product features, software updates, use cases, and messaging evolve.

Make product and marketing video content (between sessions)

• Shoot and edit high-quality product videos, feature highlights, and marketing clips.

• Add graphics, captions, audio mixing, and music, exporting clean files for digital and web distribution.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align video content with brand messaging and campaign goals.

Maintain studio operations & collaborate

• Manage Neat Experience Center studio setups, including lighting configurations, camera positioning, audio setups, and equipment maintenance.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing on upcoming tours, schedules, and video content requests.

• Collaborate with global tour center teams to align on best practices and occasionally cover global sessions

You Are

• Confident presenting live and in person: You genuinely enjoy presenting, can hold an audience's attention, co-host naturally, tell a compelling story, and stay poised when live situations adapt on the fly.

• Experienced with live production: Proven hands-on experience running live video, multi-camera setups, audio mixing, and livestreaming setups.

• Proficient in video editing: Skilled in standard post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) for creating polished final exports.

• Fluent with streaming technology: Working knowledge of streaming platforms and tools (e.g., OBS Studio, vMix, Bitfocus Companion).

• Reliable and steady: You thrive in a live studio schedule where punctuality, consistency, and execution matter every day.

• Energized by technical precision and live execution: You take pride in delivering a flawless production and engaging presentation every single time.

Nice to Have

• Experience presenting or co-hosting in front of corporate, business, or tech audiences.

• Interest in or exposure to video conferencing platforms, collaboration hardware, or AV integration.

• Experience with Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams Live Events, or studio automation.

• A strong sense of visual storytelling and social/web video standards.

Work Environment

On-site at our Neat Experience Center at Fornebu, five days a week. Days are structured around a live tour calendar, with studio management, technical prep, and video editing work in between.
